Good location very close to beach. Love the deck and sitting down out to eat supper at sunset. Noticed dolphins almost every day! The place was the best getaway and we enjoyed coming back to some clean and spacious place after days to the beach!

The beds have been decently comfortable (not the best but failed to hinder our sleep), and there was plenty of Room to stow our stuff so we failed to have to look at suitcases, etc. all week. Being right about the beach is without a doubt the selling point and our favorite attribute of this house.

The property is as advertised - nothing fancy towards the house but wonderful location about the beach. No, the house will not be full with the latest and best furnishings, but experienced plenty of place for our family of four, was clean, and experienced everything we needed. I actually appreciated that there was not plenty of decorations/other "stuff" that our two small kids could potentially break or wreck.

From the outside, the house looks a little “run down” compared to neighboring properties. But from the looks with the neighboring properties, they would be well away from our price variety. The inside photos have been accurate and everything worked fine.

that island is nothing short of paradise and like 35 miles from this house. all the beaches we secluded and very little people on them. its nowhere close to crowded. cape san blas had the most people off each of the beaches and even that wasn't what I call crowded". I do counsel bringing bug spray because there are some yellow fly type insects that arrive out during the early morning hours and when the sun starts to set and they do bite. it was nothing that will keep you indoors even though. there really are a number of state parks during the area and every one of them are beautiful. beautiful is undoubtedly an understatement being honest! its a very family friendly place rather than the party scene. the people are friendly and their southern draw is just too darn cute. this year was the first time I have been to this area in florida And that i will make this a yearly getaway. working with pristine properties was simple and easy. they're nice And that i in all probability talked to all of these before I actually made it to indian move. there is so much I could say but just pack up and go see for yourself.
